i kinda naturally stopped logging in around Mihara SSR release due to other games taking up my time. I remember there was a general consensus she should have been stronger given that she was a 1% rate or something along with how she should have better damage? What's the status with Mihara now?
She's decent but not really worth the 1%/overspec title. She ideally does similar damage as Rapi but unlike Rapi she's only a dps (instead of top dps+top B1 support) and she's also pretty garbage for campaign.
So basically she's nothing special while Rapi is broken.
