I didn't go back to college until I was 24, and I knew a few people that started even later than me. Just apply. Seriously, you'll probably get in unless you dropped out of high school. I was all nervous and shit as well and I was welcomed very warmly. Unis with a focus on agriculture will typically have an ent department. Even if they don't have a bachelor program (most dont), you can go for animal science or biology and just let your advisor know you want to focus on entomology.
