9 hours is normal, recommended even. My record is 40 hours nonstop gaming and I'm fine.

I had something similar happen playing Turtle WoW. Got fatigue shakes particularly in my lower back that lasted 10+ minutes, involuntary shaking. Too much time spent in the same position.
