Because Japan invented the anime style for the most part. They are the single biggest producer of animation in the whole fucking world. It is a fact that when people think of anime, they think of japan. Why do you think people used to be surprised when an actual chinese anime came out (The one with the cyborg bee girl comes to mind).
So, since most consumers are already expecting something japanese, might as well go all the way and dub the thing. It doesn't help that Chinese and Korean are hideous languages to listen to.
So yeah, that's my answer.
