Started a fresh save. You guys think I should beat the game first before doing the DLC, or should I just jump straight in from chapter 9? I don't really wanna be overpowered for the endgame.

I like it a lot so far, just hit the prison. The scaling seems a bit wild sometimes but I'm in NG+ so it might be due to that. Weapons are super cool, I really wish they weren't so fucking stingy with the upgrade mats. There should be an expensive-but-unlimited source of upgrade mats once you've hit endgame in the base game.

I interpreted this as Carlo's dead body being a puppet, or plaything to experiment on. Plus, in the bad ending where Carlo kills everyone at the hotel, where does that body come from? It's not P since he's been discarded. That really is Carlo and through the Ergo and Arm of God, NP ended up transforming or whatever into Carlo. If I remember right too, in that bad ending, Carlo's eyes are a different color than P. They're his actual eye color instead of the grey/blue that P has.

The enemy variety is the DLC is crazy but at the same time it means you'll see a few of them only a handful of times.
Those sexbots were kinda funny because there's a document that hails them as the second coming of mechanical Christ and then 1) they are kinda easy 2) they are only in the greenhouse

Both new arms are great. The shotgun has crazy stagger and is fantastic for groups and the blades aren't bad either. The blades also carry the effects of elemental grindstones which makes them good at inflicting status effects.

You can deal a ton of stagger damage with the shotgun to "parry".

Claws basically have two things going for them
>they are an insanely fast crit weapon with all the perks like flinching enemy on a crit
