read manga and watch some netflix instead

get an actual hobby on the side.
by actual I mean something where you have to be proactive, ideally a creative process, although gym or any sport is good too.

it will help recalibrate your burned out dopamine system and going through the process of learning skills, applying them and improving is a big boost to life quality in general

I wasted my life. I dropped out of uni and I'm a virgin. I feel immense shame and every time I catch myself having fun I'm reminded of my state in life and I feel like I don't deserve to have fun.
