reminder than nearly every case of depression is environmental, it is usually a result of one of three factors:
1. physiological damage
bad diet, lack of motion, imbalance of hormones caused by pollution, not enough vitamins or sunlight, physical ailment, etc-
2. normal emotional fluctuation
perfectly rational temporary depression as a result of disillusionment with the world or unhappiness with one's actions, unachieved goals or a desire to change or improve, being suppressed as abnormal and 'sick' by a medical industry that wants you thinking there's no hope for you but pills
3. boredom induced depression
you fried your serotonin receptors with too much quick, unhealthy, overstimulating media that doesn't teach you anything, now whenever you're bored you can't handle it
detox and you'll be ok
cases where the brain has an actual genetic inability to create or process serotonin are less than 1%
psychoactive pills are poison
