I'm not sure if you're talking to us or if you're implying that Noelle would say this. Was she not into old games in chapter 2?
Personally as a 22-year old zoomer it's almost impossible for me to run out from games to play and I have hardly anything to lose when playing so I'm able to cut slack to jank. So there's a lot of iconic games that I've yet to play because there's so many. Just this year I've beat Hotel Dusk, Last Window, Shadow Hearts, the Digital Devil Saga Duology, Maken X, Wind I and Alita for the PS1. It's generally a safer bet to play pre-2013 games than recent, other than Deltarune the only recent video game I've beaten this year is Keylocker, which was really great aside from some glitches and how much of a cringefest the dialog is.
