Gnosticism interprets the snake, man, woman and tree in multiple ways as there are multiple gnostic sects. The ending is a bit of a book end, the game's story begins with the original Adam and Eve scenario then the Vengeance scenario is a bookend to it where instead of Adam and Eve being cast out of the garden they depart on good terms. This also shows the world born from the chaos will not have to follow that same formula.

That's a nice idea but not really ever stated in the game honestly. You could say you're doing that in every game because of how the series uses mythology but not everyone will agree with that interpretation. I don't even think developers have said this about any of the games. Usually in smt mythology is used as a reference. If you catch it, you can understand the reason why it's used and why other demons appear in certain areas or are connected to other people or demons. V is really no different. There is context in V if you read and pay attention which can be pieced together without too much difficulty. My issue is people looking at the chaos end as if it's in a vacuum and nothing else matters which is what this interpretation feels like. So, while it is good you're connecting the beginning of the game to it, you're also missing every other time it's mentioned and even all the times it's referenced in the other route as well not just CoV.

It's totally not fucking ambiguous what the Persona 3 Door-kun ultimate Persona is and represents, Jesus himself. Yes, Thanatos and Messiah have Greek art direction but we it is very clearly meant to be Jesus.

This roundabout way of talking about Adam, Eve, and SMT5's Yoko/Tao with the protagonist is weird. The girls of Law/Chaos are clearly analogous to Eve in the Christian lore, particularly Yoko being the new world's Eve with the protagonist Nahobino. I don't think you're trolling, I just think you're very dense and I don't know why.
