This is already in the game, it's a cart that starts in the middle and both teams need to push it towards each other's end of the tack

PL_waste was released in 2008, same as goldrush. And valve themselves played around with the idea of symmetric payload like 5cp as evidenced by a rail prop accidentally being included in an update that would have indicated that pl_badlands a thing internally.
The mode variant suffers from chokepoint syndrome, and if the cart is too easy to flip directions, you get stuck in standoffs where neither team can even touch the cart in a meaningful way and it becomes more tactically wise to be reactive by crushing a push and then immediately counterpush with your numbers advantage.

Engineer wars.
Everyone is class locked to Engineer. There's three lanes, one with a main KOTH objective and two side lanes with robot factories. If you cap a robot factory your team can feed it metal to create robots/sentry busters to try and break through enemy nests. If you cap all three points you win instantly because it's pretty much over for the other team.
KOTH is essential for this because games would be endless otherwise, but you could use an extended timer if you want the full meme impact.

It's actually surprising that there isn't a proper full blown "just kill other enemy games and that's it" gamemode, the kind that usually CTF maps are relegated to but it's not reeeeally a dedicated gamemode, just people agreeing not to cap until one underage scout ruins it
Like arena but without permadeath, player destruction but without an objective, just purely killing

Add a votekick reason being "player is underage" and you get automatically votekicked for that reason if you 1. have more hours on Scout than any other class, or 2. Attempt to write out emojis in game chat like :skull: :skull: :skull:

can you actually add custom votekick reasons to a private server? i think it'd be hilarious if you added a reason like "player is being Toxic" but if you click it it just kicks you instead with "reason: butthurt"

I believe you can add custom votekick reasons but you can't do anything funny like make them say something else when picked or kick a different player than the one chosen

a map that's nothing but sightlines purely for sniper battles and nothing else, nothing cheeky, no power classes, just testing your sniping skills against other snipers
