Depends on the game. I wanted to play Deadly Premonition recently, and I got more crashes than I could tolerate. Then again that game is probably just fucking cursed all around.

like 90% of real exclusives still run like absolute garbage/have major graphical issues outside of MGS4 and DeS so yes it's still mostly shit

I use this on my shitty computer to play PS2 remastered games (I guess they've been doing that for a while now) instead of using the PS2 emulator. I can't believe it got to this point.

if your emulator still sucks at playing the games that people care about, its not a good emulator

Yup.
PCSX2 can play every single PS2 game ever made, while RPCS3 can barely even play Uncharted 1, and if you want to play MGS4 you're going to need a 40XX card at least.
It's great for the few games it does work 100% with, the issue is that there's so many where it still doesn't - while PS2 games on PCSX2 are literally getting mods that add new content and rebalance 20 year old games.
