sony doesn't sell ps2s, nobody is reselling them, and all the software is also just whatever is left from scalpers
if they made a port of that game on ps4/ps5 if you were really obsessed about muh illegal shit you would buy their digital version and be happy with it
they just don't give you a way to buy the goods from them, so in this can emulation can't be illegal because they would gain $0 from this in either way
