Apparently you can only play Cyberpunk at 40 fps on the switch if you have a 120hz display.

It basically requires the game run on a 120 Hz so it can mathematically run at 40 fps.

On regular 60 hz display or even like 75 or 90Hz its docked to 30 even when docked and in performance mode.

I think 30fps is the ideal for non-competitive games or games that don't require some level of intricate timing (rhythm, fighting, soulslike, etc)
60fps and above feels like a soap opera, I don't like it. 30fps feels more like playing a game.

Still like high fps for competitive, but if I'm playing single player stuff I'll lock to 30 despite having a 4070.

I have a 1070 8GB. How well do you think Cyberpunk would run with my card?
