>games feel perfect for me
>I am all about the atmosphere, aesthetics and ethereal dreamy vibe
>have a passion for old architecture, been all over europe
>even the first time I played Dark Souls it felt like something eerily familiar in a way I can’t describe, it captivated me in almost a supernatural way
>I love medieval literature, myths, sagas, romances, minnesinger works etc.
>I have read the medieval stories that Miyazaki references
>I love anything dark or gothic
>weeb-leaning but not extremely so
>played a bunch of the games but never finish them or get very far
>too impatient, too inconsistent to complete overly long games
>not the greatest at action games, but that’s not the issue, I get distracted and lose patience too easily to complete any of these games
>the metroidvania aspects boil my autism, as I can never decide what to do or where to go
>really a big reason why I never finish these games is because the metroidvania aspects make me too overwhelmed and I overthink
>and because time goes so unbelievably quick for me to commit to completing any long game, everyday feels like 5 minutes, I swear it takes me hours to even turn the console on because I am so easily distracted
>always play magic classes regardless of game, so the idea that I am not supposed to also triggers my autism
It’s a pain that I can never get properly into these games, it’s hard to get past the rigidity of my autism sometimes
