There are like 10ish long trials (about 20-45 minutes) and 40ish MKUltra challenges (5-15 minutes), all of which contain a level of procedural generation, but none of which alter the map, rather how you traverse it. This also works on higher than normal difficulties where all kinds of random events and modifiers happen like doors and enemies cycling and shit. My buddy who loves Ghost hunting games said Trials is bad, which instantly clued me into Trials being good.

Based anon. I fucking hate ghost hunting games. It's like learning simon says for retards

Bro straight up said "The gameplay loop is bad, all you do is go into a level, do a puzzle and hide from enemies" like he didnt just spend 6 months playing some bullshit where you walk into a house, watch the lights flicker, and walk out, and trying to convince me to buy 4 different Ghost Hunting games

Not many use voice, it has built in gestures and shit and youll get shit done just fine. i do wish DANGER pings were different pings than regular pings though. If you havent been stabbed an impostor you cant ping them as one so youll just plant pings around the map til one of your idiot teammates eats a knife(most times Im that idiot teammate)
Because I don't care about modern multiplayer live service shit, and because Outlast is garbage for losers who think hiding in a closet all day is peak horror.

If youre hiding in a closet youre a shitter playing suboptimally, eat the hit, stun him, brick him, use adrenaline, or evade him around a desk or table.

This price is a little high for me as a solo player. Is it okay with randoms? Also, from my understanding there is some kind of battle pass system? Am I completely wrong? Are they permanent of time sensitive?

In what circumstance is a homeless man abducted off the street, mindraped on LSD, in a remote NGO facilitt, with nightvision goggles drilled into his skull in posession of a firearm
