In a few weeks they're getting Death Stranding 2 and then after summer game fest and a bunch got announced like Ninja Gaiden 4 and Silent Hill f, where the switch 2 logo for those? Not even Persona 4 remake got one for it.

Well there was Mario Odyssey, which in my opinion was alright on the first go but had no staying power and i never picked it back up after finishing it. BotW was good, but i actually played that on the Wii U so i'm not gonna count it as an exclusive. Then there's Smash Ultimate, which was alright but besides it's huge roster, it felt kinda light on the content. Am i missing anything else? Because that's only two games.

Which is a minority therefore PS and Xbox's worth comes from being a multiplat machine and those aren't systems seller when most have the appliance (PC) at home and may already be able to play it instead of buying a ps/xbox. PS and Xbox, the latter since its very inception, denied the reality that consoles live and die through their software. This is why Nintendo thrives; they always knew, refused to change this approach no matter how much shit they got from every flank (western journos and audience) because short term profits are never worth if they can become a risk in the long term (this is where xbox and ps are currently).

The thing is third parties know their games won't really sell all that well on the Switch. Only first parties does and even then some that are not in the Mario/Kiddie games bubble sell like shit, like Astral Chain, Bayonetta 3, the Xenoblade games and even Metroid.
Third parties try all of this time and effort to optimize and port the games to their weaker hardware only to see the games not selling as well and not seeing it worth the effort anymore.

The fact of the matter is that due to the Switch's success after the abysmal performance of the Wii U, Nintendo has bled it's creativity for playing it safe. Because BotW was a huge hit, You'll be getting nothing but BotW spin-offs and sandbox-slop. Because the Mario movie was a huge hit, all Mario characters and marketing are being retooled to resemble the movie.
Not to mention Nintendo has been emboldened into far more malicious business practices, both in regards to suing fans and competitors as well as trying to turn their IPs into "Premium Brands" by overcharging for lazily made products.
There's absolutely no reason why the Switch 2 needs to be $450 (same price as a PS5 Slim) when it's using outdated technology and can only play previous-gen games.
There's absolutely no reason why Mario Kart World needs to be $80, especially when they admitted they're only charging more due to it's branding.
