I could have sworn at least Moero Chronicle did. Turns out it just got an Asia-English version. That probably was just reused for the western versions on Switch and PC. Still, with the translation already done, I do wonder why they chose not to bring it west then but did so later. This was back before SIE was formed and absorbed SCE. And SCE literally distributed Moero Crystal on Vita themselves for Compile Heart when they couldn't get a publisher. Sony today would just shit on them at any opportunity.
But I digress, my examples for western loocalizers lying about the rating boards is Ghostlight censoring Agarest Senki 2 and blaming PEGI for it, only for someone to contact a PEGI representative and get the record set straight, and NISA censoring the Mugen Souls games and blaming ESRB saying the bath minigame would get an AO rating, only for Eastasiasoft to release the full, uncensored versions on Switch later with an M-rating. That's two western publishers that gave nearly identical excuses to what Atlus USA gave, and both turned out to have been liars, so I'm inclined to believe Fatlus were lying too.
