all bandai namco money should be going into making
One Piece Heroes (a copy of Dragon Quest Heroes 2,
which is a musou but open world. With mini-bosses, bosses around in the world,
on top of having battlefield stages, along with some new game + super bosses)

Pirate Warriors 2 and 3 were the best of Pirate Warriors,
PW4 cannot compare.

They should only make PW5 if it has a lot of base game content, and if its done well.
Lots of unlockables, post game content, replayability.
Hard and grindy but fun post game content for the musou nut-jobs.
If they won't, just make One Piece Heroes
with characters beside the Straw Hats as playable.

Half-assed, unfinished, rushed things like PW4, even DLC cannot fix it.
