The main two endings are decided by a simple choice before the final boss. Ending "B" we'll call it is the same regardless. Ending "A" is different and shorter if you have NOT done the Eidos 9 sidequest unlocked just before going to the point of no return (Spire 4) by filling the meter for Lily by doing sidequests and helping people in Xion, if you have done that sidequest, it's different and longer, and arguably the "golden" ending.

It's worth doing both main endings on subsequent playthroughs either way as they both have different final bosses, both are great.

DLSS 4 is good if you need more performance, FSR 3 is pretty mediocre and I'd only recommend it if you have no DLSS options for you card, (everyone with a 10 series and above can use DLSS 4 and XESS with optiscale btw). HDR is only good if you are on a OLED or Mini LED with a lot of dimming zones. Your average $100-200 tv/monitor would likely have dogshit HDR implementation and make the image worse. The problem is that the modders that latched onto this game have zero artistic vision. They miss the sense for it. They cannot create anything good because those people are the unironic "gooners" everyone memes about.
