Last night, I was thinking about a story where a lawyer comes home to find his child wife with her brains melted, which traumatizes him.

There's a cover up, and he's not told exactly what happened. So, he teams up with his childhood friend who is now a cop, to uncover the truth and find out if there's a larger conspiracy at play

I usually fall asleep thinking of euthanizing all our politicians and starting over. Sometimes I also fall asleep by flying a spaceship to the moon that has advanced technology which prevents all other countries from landing anything on it and living a completely solitary life. Other times, I'm in a Gundam style robot decimating everyone who would do the world harm. Dreams are a fantastic thing. I wouldn't think of them to abate from reality, but rather improve reality for myself or others.

I've always had a hard time actually falling asleep. Even when I was a kid. Even if I'm utterly exausted. I'll still lay there for an hour, hour and a half with my eyes shut before finally falling asleep. At some point I basically started telling myself bedtime stories. Just lay in bed and imagine a scenario with a few characters and just play it out in my head. Been doing it ever since I was a kid. I have some characters and stories I've been building on for twenty-five years now. I'm sleeping better these days than I use to but I still tell my dumb little bedtime stories. Every night. Sometimes something happens during the day or I read something or whatever that inspires me and I get excited to go to bed to spin my dumb little stories.

i used to do something like this when i was a child, except it was daydreaming, id just daydream during class a bunch of stories inspired by tv shows and such that i watched. like sometimes id make up some story about a beyblade tournament or something in my head for example.
i cant really do that sort of stuff anymore. i get too distract3d or bored now, which is ironic, since those daydreams were an exact answer to being too bored or distracted as a child.
