I have a $500 ergo chair and I can still get back pain
I had a gayming chair and didn't really get all that much pain
When I had my gaming chair I used to have more time to just move and not sit all day, now I have to work for several hours a day, that is the difference. I don't believe that a good chair will get rid of your back pain if you're not doing what you're supposed to do with your body anyways. Ideally get something comfortable to use for short periods of time instead of sitting there for fucking hours
