It's just the protein from separated milk. Whey has been drunk throughout human history, as well as used for cheeses. Mixing the isolate into liquid is fine. I don't understand the need to overcomplicate eating or gaining muscle. Just eat healthy sources of protein (eggs, lean meat, dairy, lentils, etc.), some fat, some satiating or low calorie carbohydrates, and lift the heavy object until you're too tired to do it again.

It doesn't stop them from dying young, and their bodies probably don't enjoy the abundance of beer even though it has an actual purpose for building muscle and fat (something about tricking the body). It's also easy and cheap to cook massive portions of things like chanko, stir fry, karaage, and rice for the bums in your stable.

Going to get one of these and just do 3x5 bench press, overhead press, and curls then also maybe 3x5 squats, deadlifts and rows until im at 2pl8s. Then I'll really be gaming.
