russian roulette. might as well.
Most of the classic Silent Hill, Resident Evil and Metla Gear Solid games can be beat in that time. First time blind run may take twice more though.
Retro classics like Super Mario Bros 1-3 and Mega Man series could also fit the bill.
Then there's fancy smaller titles, such as the Stanley Parable, that you replay ad infinitum, acquiring new content every 30-45 minutes.

Max Payne 1 and 2 are around 4 hours each. Max Payne 3 is closer to 7 hours.
Classic FPS like Doom, Dook or Shadow Warrior are close to like 4 hours

Also might I suggest shorter low commitment rouge like games like Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate or Numby Number Factory.
or if your really really short on time just emulate old Atari games unless you need something that can be beaten rather then a high score.
