I was pretty good at Blacklight Retribution when drunk. Fairly consistent mvp or whatever it was called. I cried inside when it turned into liquid shit but some relief when they pulled the plug.
Haven't played a competitive game since, but I wouldn't mind one.

Mount and Blade is pretty good. Lot of gameplay can be done one handed, at times, so you can keep a drink in the other.

Disco Elysium had a recovering alcoholic on the writing team and it shows.

Dwarf Fortress, because dwarves are rampant alcoholics and I think it's neat how you got all sorts of different ways to feed that habit.
It just feels good brewing strawberries you farmed into wine or buying barrels of rum from caravan with serrated bronze blades etc.

Condemned 2 isn't the best game, the first was better, but the main dude turns into an alchie and its a game mechanic.
