The way Noelle was thinking about it back in Chapter 2 made me wish it was going that way, but sadly it seems like what's really happening is that you're trying to make the prophecy happen differently to how it goes in a normal route. My money's on the true ending only happening if you do an obscure mix of both

Yes. When you go to the chapter 4 file select, go down to where it says "chapter 3 files" or something like that. You can choose the completed chapter 3 file to begin chapter 4 with. Also how did you miss the ch4 bonus boss? It's easier to find than ch3 ya dingus.

I progressed too far because i didn't know you could miss it. My plan was to reach the last boss of each chapter and then go back for the egg/bonus boss since you couldn't miss them in the first two chapters.
