Charcadet would be a bit gimmicky, but it would have an evolution bar; attack with mainly special moves, and it'll evolve into Armarouge. Otherwise it'll evolve into Ceruledge.
Holding A or B when a match begins will automatically evolve Charcadet into either Ceruledge or Armarouge, depending on the button held.
Or they can just go with Meowscarada/Another Kalos Pokemon due to Legends Z-A/Designated Gen 10 shillmon.

I'd love an Eevee fighter that has an evolution mechanic, allowing you to change forms just once per stock based on some kind of actions you perform during the fight.
