Fortnite is entirely dependent on the season. Right now there's a weapon (dual pistols) that has an ability (which doesn't have a cool down so you can spam it) let's you slow down time for 5 seconds which basically guarantees you do high damage or just out right kill your opponent in a single volley, and it's not a rare weapon to find.
