Completely missing the entire point of Hank's character, he wants Connor to "become human" and gets mad that despite all his attempts to push you in that direction you're still just "another machine"
He wants to see androids differently, not as the reason for his son's death. He wants to believe they can be different, that a human element exists within them that explains the reason why his son died during surgery as why would a robot that is programmed to never fail do so when it comes to saving someone's life?
Cry all you want about how he acted in game but he had very clear reasons for it, you not being able to access this based on the information handed to you freely while playing the game is entirely on you and no one else especially not the developers of the game itself
