Yeah exactly, it’s all part of the whole “harmonious with nature” schtick. Shoes would ruin their vibe. Imagine an elf stomping through a glade in Doc Martens—doesn’t really sell the ethereal mystique. Plus, barefoot means max dexterity and stealth rolls. Nature buffs = free foot armor.
