For the same reason every character will be into your character no matter what, you could make the most disgusting genderfluid freak dwarf orc whatever clown hybrid and be however disgusting you want, but just picking few dialogue options will get you in bed with any of them, sometimes even against your will (to the point even Larian had to tone that shit down when Gale wanted to fuck you withing 10 minutes of you meeting him). Because they have literally NO preferences.

There is no role-playing or any immersion. Every character and everything in this game exists to kiss your ass and worship the ground you walk on. The ONLY place where Larian showed restraint were legacy characters, probably because they were too afraid of letting you fuck Hag Jaheira.

The story also sucks but that's another topic, this is the biggest issue. It is literally the equivalent of Skyrim letting you do everything and become an Archmage of Wintterhold withing 2 days while playing as an Orc Barbarian who never casted any spells.
