I've not bought mario kart and never will, since I'm not a retarded tendie paypig, but I did try Schedule 1 and refunded it due to how boring it was.
Technically, Mario Kart came out ahead.

the problem with these games is not that they're bad but they're unfinished. people get hyped on the future and updates but devs do updates slower overtime so players move on to other games. Really sad when you think about it

EA is only acceptable for small indies, it's how they can survive. It's how something like Delta Rune exists, if it only released when it was ready it still wouldn't be out and it wouldn't be out for another 5+ years.
It's unacceptable that even AAA games are basically released in EA too where you pay full price to play a bug infested piece of shit that gets finished a year after launch.

I'm a victim of wasting 50 hours on that grindslop because playing with friends distracted me from how shallow it is.
There are no significant puzzles or skill checks to overcome. You can just shoot the cops, so there goes your biggest adversary. You don't have to command a wide catalogue of drugs, since past the trivial recruitment phase, the druggies are concerned with quality, not variety, which is so much easier to meet. The best way of doing production is clear as day as soon as you unlock the next tier.
