>kills Dracula
>doesn't have his own game
>constant backtracking
>Nitro kills you on a sneeze
>a lot of rooms you can't exit until you kill everyone (including the infinitely respawning lizards)
>obnoxious puzzles
>the goddess statue room and cutscene was pretty cool
>so were the boss fights
Despite all that, I still liked it more than the Underground Waterway

>>712725387 (OP)Julius is fine as a legend. Any modern attempt to chronicle his adventures would just ruin him and his intrigue.
>>712727748Check this out then:
>>712729258 demo's already available.
>>712726714she's a very developed child
>>712729258Nintendo, assassinate this man
Less than week left until the Lecarde Chronicles 3 comes out.
Personally I'm glad they never bothered making a 1999 game. Show Don't Tell is such an important principle of storytelling and anything they gave us wouldn't have lived up to the imagination
I miss this series bros but who the fuck could even do it justice these days
>>712738992Bloodstained hits the spot just right I'd say. The second mainline one's coming out next year finally.

>>712739401Looks more like Castlevania this time, but Ritual of the Night felt very unfinished. I'll remain cautious.
>>712733778For free? Is the picture the name of the game?
>>712730908I want to believe in Maria nopan.
>>712739401I thought ROTN was just fine, nothing impressive.
>>712740147>Is the picture the name of the game?Yeah, its the dev's second commercial game.
>>712725387 (OP)Reinhardt had a game, and he's not even a Belmont.
>>712745749non-Belmonts having games is pretty common to be fair
