I'm a fan of sexy, but this is silly. No need to try and reinvent the garterbelt, no less in such an obviously stupid way that it has already been pointed out several times that standing up would cause her to rip out her nipples. Could have easily just anchored them to that belt instead.
Even besides that I would call this design pretty mediocre though. The weird... boots? strike me as very "I can't draw feet so I will make a design where I won't have to."
The sword belt being wrapped around one leg just very high up is visually compelling, I'll admit, but falls into the same problem as the stupid nipple garters where thinking about it from a practicality standpoint would immediately tell you it is a terrible idea. As attaching it like so would cause this long dangling metal object to be constantly flopping everywhere.
They were going for the "big long coat as a cape" kind of look, but I guess he determined that actually draping it over her shoulders would cover up too much skin, so he instead attaches it to her upper back which kind of defeats the purpose of it being a coat.
