Semi-skim milk:
-46 kcal and 3.1 grams of protein per 100mL
-460 kcal and 31 grams of protein per 1L (a single bottle or carton of milk)
-2300 kcal and 155 grams of protein per 5L (5 bottles or cartons of milk)
this means:
-2760 kcal and 186 grams of protein in a set of 6, which is usual to find in the grocery store and will usually cost less than 7 euros
I could just consume 5 liters of semi skim milk daily to maintain or 6 liters of it to bulk and it would save me time, be consistent, and be reasonable money-wise.
Literally what could go wrong with this? It would probably get pretty boring flavour wise but it would definitely save time cooking and most of milk is water anyway so you don't even have to worry about water intake either, you could use whole milk or skim milk depending on your needs, you could eat other stuff from time to time too but litters of milk will continue to be a reliable source of proteins, fats, and calories that's consistent and easy to measure and keep track of.
But is consuming only milk even a bad thing?what's the point of GOMAD when you could just be OMED and save yourself any thinking?
Would non europeans die on the toilet after doing this for 3 days? if it's not safe to do this for a long time then how long could I get away with doing it? a week? two weeks?
