dragonmaid is a barely functioning deck

the fact icejade has so few cards in the new pack is stupid the only non cancer albaz lore deck and konami give them the middle finger.

It does fix them and improves the deck's consistency a ton, but remember that they were only given 2 cards shortly after Ryzeal and Malice, two really strong meta decks, were released, and unlike Orcust who got access to a Link 1 and got shot once again to meta status because it's a lore deck with a ton of older support, Dragonmaids still heavily relies on its normal summon and it's very susceptible to getting handtrapped.

On the bright side, Lady's not getting a dragon form means that they will still get new support in the future.

Speaking of lore decks has albaz got anything in a while world legacy is still getting cards vizas was a mistake we never want them getting anything but icejade and sword-soul still feel pretty incomplete

Since the end of its story, only Alba System. The Albaz story had way too many archetypes, you're also missing Dogmatika, Tri-Brigade, Springans, Therion, Sprights, and Branded is also composed of Despia and Bystial.

In my opinion, Icejade and Dogmatika are the decks that deserve the most support, the rest are already competent enough with the cards they currently have and with their respective external support, meanwhile Icejade was barely finding its identity as a Synchro deck before the story ended and Aegirine became just an extra extender for Ice Barrier and Atlantean, while Dogmatika is a mediocre Ritual deck..

World Legacy wasn't even good in my opinion, the only good part of the whole story was Girsu being a massive siscon and the final battle at Babel, and the story ended on a literal Deus Ex Machina for god's sake. I don't think there's a single soul who genuinely cares about the Crusadia. At least the Albaz lore had several points of view during the whole story which made you care about most of its characters, and it ended on an obvious cliffhanger that could easily lead to a Part 2.

It was a big project to sell new cards for a long while, so it only makes sense they spread it as much as they could along many archetypes.
And while I'll agree that the story isn't nearly as good as WL, it still served its purpose as a vehicle to push new decks and strategies onto players, and to make them attached to the characters and themes within.
