the interesting with a lot of the new abbreviations is that you can see it for the first time but when you read it in context, its obvious enough that you feel retarded for not getting it the first time.

Not really. Both in that it's not obvious, and because nothing in that sentence needed to be shorthand at all. Abbreviations are fine and all, but do you NEED to shorthand "I can't lie"? Or "pisses me off"? No, you fucking don't! You're just too lazy to spend a few of your oh so precious seconds on not making yourself sound like an illiterate jackass.
