Is the seven sirens good? I only heard bad things about it but the steam reviews say its fine

Pretty much this.
It's not bad to pay, but it's not amazing.
It's more like filler in between other games in that it's kind of quick and easy and you don't have to pay much attention to it.

7 sirens is good, but it is a metroidvania so expect all the pitfalls of the subgenre.

I like the Ninja mode so far, it's straightforward and you don't need to do the dumb dancing all the time. The main story became too easy once you get the armor and a few health upgrades/healing items.

Did anyone find out if Advanced has more then just a swimsuit costume?

I just beat Pirate's Curse the other day, it's alright I guess. It maybe felt a bit better than Risky's Revenge due to some QoL, but also they split up the map into tiny straightforward chunks instead of one big metroidvania map.
Nothing about it wowed me, so hearing it's the high point from people is a bit worrying
