TOW2 is going to struggle. If Gamepass didn't exist, 85% of the people who played the first game wouldn't have even considered trying it. This isn't Mario Kart (and Xbox doesn't have the "aggressively buy anything from our favorite brand" kind of fans like Nintendo), this isn't GTA VI, and it's not a major franchise. Nobody even cared about it when they did the "Direct' for this game after the Xbox showcase.
