This game is 22 years old and The Simpsons was already way past its prime and not funny anymore when it came out. How did they milk another 2 decades out of it?

you can see it in how the game's rigged animation works. there's only two skeletal builds in the game, adult and child, and with just a few action replay codes any level where you normally play as an adult can allow you to play as a different adult, likewise for the children. though try and talk to anyone and your game will (probably) crash, there are mods for the PC version that unlock the functionality bug-free.
