I used Aimlabs to develop and calibrate my Call of Duty color tracker python script.
It was eye opening. Only did it because I could. Explained a lot of things I have seen in those shitty online games...

they don't really work unless they really simulate the game you want to get good at
i kept fucking around with these aim trainer programs and i never actually got good at aiming
it was when I downloaded aim training maps inside said game I started seeing improvements and started climbing in comp

They definitely don't provide a miracle, but I did see some small improvement on my end. My I can at least keep a more steady aim nowadays.

i dont train to kill but for the satisfaction of good aim and the journey along the way
good aim helps in all games, not just multiplayer fps

No, it's for honing your aim. If you're new to FPS just play a single player game.
