so many bans for Global 3 when it is the TOP selectively enforced non-rule ever. /pol/ is 95% racism and there's a global rule saying you can't be racist there. it's so retarded.
and global 3a is even worse because "troll posts" doesn't men shit. it's always been a blanket rule that can be used anyway they want.
furthermore can we please get rid of the "less than 3 days can't be appealed"? appeals don't do shit most of the time and 3 fucking days aren't a "short ban" if you feel it isn't justified.
removing the minimum appeal period will make bans have sensible duration, like a couple of hours or a day. only reason why it's always fucking 3 days (super long) is so it can't be appealed.
i always go off on a tangent when 4chan's so-called rules comes up because they are retarded and it should be super obvious to anyone that hmmm maybe there's something strange with bans always being 3 days
worst of all is global bans from the whole site, they should be removed completely. just because you got banned for content X on a board that you dont understand the culture of doesn't mean you shouldnt be able to post on different boards where X is very much allowed. the site staff actively discourages trying out new boards.
