Are there any flight sims that include catastrophic failures like engines falling off or a retard first officer thats causing a dual input?
Ive looked but there doesnt seem to be a single flight sim that will let you pull the circuit breaker midflight to turn off annoying ECAM beeping, resulting in the autopilot disconnecting and said retard first officer banks the plane sideways almost immediately.

Equipment failure is a common feature in flight sims. Random, timed, and on-demand. Both MSFS and X-Plane do it.

Are there any mods in Flight Sim 2024 to enhance my experience when exploring the world on foot? Or console commands or anything? I don't give a shit about planes, I just wanna walk around with the new walking feature and maybe drive around in a modded hover car

If you need some crazy AOA to avoid terrain its completely your fault
Almost all terrain accidents happened when the pilots knew they were flying over/near mountains etc

Distrusting the systems is the cautious option, every plane wants nothing more to force you to crash and gloat about it over the black box, if they're lying about the terrain what else have they been lying about? There's layers to this that you just won't get until the first time a Cessna informs you you've broken Mach 1, they lie as easily as they intake air.
