All games look like that over the course of their launch, theres not a single game GAINING players steadily over the course of a year. It's 1 month of boom (at best, usually a week) and then a slow taper off until 0 as devs try to maintain their current user engagement as long as possible. Give it another year or so and maybe it'll die off to doomer numbers.

Marvel Rivals is completely dead in China, as well as the rest of Asia. It only ever had any popularity in the west, where it's rapidly declining and hitting new historic lows almost every day. If it loses half of its remaining players from this point, which is seeming likely to happen within a few months, it might actually enter maintenance mode territory.
