Are there any video games that fully capture and exploit cartoon logic?

It feels radically under-used.

I remember a Tom and Jerry skit where they actually got along but Toms owner kept pushing him to chase Jerry and the dog kept giving Jerry the tools to push Toms buttons. I wish I could remember the exact name but thats what it reminded me of.

funnily enough I think the base building and rocket riding mechanics in fortnite capture a lot of that old-school cartoon chicanery

Don't forget to go into your boss's office first and change the auto-reply on his answering machine (to a sixth option that you only find by scrolling down past the visible list).

Cartoon characters don't even appear in the game, it's all just generic zombies and demons, don't waste your time

There is an episode where olive oyl is deliberately setting up conflict between them because she likes them fighting over her, and they end the episode with them figuring it out and walking away from her as friends.
Popeye doesn't really have much of a canon but that was always a nice little one-off ending for the two of them.
