The longest I played was Uncharted 2 for almost 16 hours.
I just sit there one weekend. Started saturday in the morning and ended sunday in the middle of the night. Better sleep I ever had that night.

When I was about 15 I wondered why anyone would possibly waste their sleep time for the sake of anything, and since then I've had 8-9 hours of sleep pretty much every night.

Most I ever done was playing DotA 2 25 hours straight grinding out an event. Longest time I've never stood up and got spooked that I might die like that one dude so I just crawled to bed like a retard.

I've done something similar a long time ago. I played Borderlands for 4 days straight when I was staying at my grandma's house. It's not like it was a particularly enticing game or anything, I just happened to have it with me and I wanted to see how long I could stay awake. After the first 36-48 hours, your body sort of gives up on trying to force you to sleep and it becomes much easier. Caffeine also makes it ezmodo. I could have kept going, but I beat the game and my grandma started to get worried lmao

When I was 12 I played FF7 from its beginning all the way to cosmo canyon in one sitting. I think it was 18 hours straight. I had no memory card, until I used that experience to guilt trip my parents into buying one for me so I could finally turn off the console.

I think the longest period where I played a game non stop was Tomb Raider 2013. I got it the day it came out when I Was in college and sat down playing it for like 20 hours until I finished it.
