Oof.
Anyway, it's... I don't know, it feels half-assed, but there's enough there to get some fun out of it. Just make sure to get a handle on parrying/dodging, that kind of stuff. Also do sidequests, an annoying amount of content is locked behind those.
The main issue the game has is that it's got that shit where progressing makes your equipment irrelevant DAMN fast. The game tries to bandaid fix this by letting you level-adjust your shit, but the game ALSO has that shit where "rarity" just means "where you got it in the game", so endgame all you find are legendary uberweapons and that's it, so leveling your shit up with you is irrelevant because it can't hop rarities.
Also the game really can't figure out the tone it's aiming for, like you'll get jokes and silly memes and some bratty woman streaming and using you for clicks, then you get gruesome zombie death with realistic teeth deformation as you crush its jaw in, then you see some stoner take a fat doink, get his head crushed by a zombie, and fall over with weed smoke coming from the stump, then the final boss is just a reskin of a generic enemy but the boss arena's full of fire and traps because the devs ran out of money or something, also the game ends on a cliffhanger sequel hook because ???
A big pet peeve I had is that the character stats don't really matter that much, it's mostly just visual, and you get most of your stat buffs via optional challenges (basically achievements). Even then, if you're minmaxing shit it doesn't matter that much either, other than the hilariously unbalanced super zombie mod cards I forget the name of.
Overall it was a huge mess and I don't regret playing it streaming online with my socially-starved dad, but I have no interest in playing it again, except maybe to play it solo without all the input lag and my dad's shit mic echoing my own voice back to me constantly.
