Game didn't get that much marketing, guess they hoped the buzz at launch would carry it. Didn't work. Also as someone who tried it on gamepass it being 5 levels is inexcusable because the objective is the same every time you play it. If there were different objectives like Helldivers 2 that randomized everytime you launch the level it would be fine.

3 hours in and I only play solo. It's very comfy and feels like a balancing act between being Viscera Cleanup Detail and Left 4 Dead.
The game misdirects you on purpose to think you need to fly around the map, but you can just look at the environment and finish jobs much more efficiently.
My only gripe is that you only get one secondary weapon for crowd control early on, whereas the others are meant for picking off individual enemies.

There's maybe 20 hours of content in the game if you really care about beating all the maps on the highest difficulty and unlocking everything
You've seen pretty much 90% of the game in around 2-3 hours by beating all the clearance 3 missions on normal.
No proc gen, no variation, no text or voice chat, it's just not going to work out in the long run and $40 is criminal.

if this was a $15 game and 20 hours was the expected run time I wouldn't have an issue with it personally.

It's alright. It's not a modern co-op shooter where they RNG everything and throw 20 different 'objectives' to make each run 'fun.' It's five linear campaigns that each last like 20 minutes like L4D2 which their own gimmicks. You can go in and play at your leisure and not feel FOMO or have a timed battlepass breathing down your neck to complete. It's only issue right now is that it doesn't have enough content to justify the $40, but the gameplay is solid.

5 levels with 3 stages each so you'll go though it all the first day easily. Luckily they made sure to have a paid battle pass ready to go at launch though. pulling this shit after it just took 2 years for alan wake to break even is wild.
