I’ve always found games to be really great for my mental health. It’s nice just to be able to zone out and get immersed. It’s the best way for me to forget my own worries. And you can pick games up and put them down as needed, making them really flexible.

Yeah, probably. Keeps me calm and cool. In between my shit job, a family I hate, training I despise and an exercise regiment I loath. Yeah, gaming is that one bright spot that keeps me going.
