There's nothing you can do to stop the opponent from destroying your cards every turn, and there's nothing they can do to stop you from doing that to them next turn. Super evolve embodies this concept in the way it makes a monster immune to counterattacks on its turn but vulnerable otherwise.
There's no way to prevent the opponent from using a super evolved 11/11 from wiping your board uncontested, but I guess that's fine because on your next turn you can just delete it with a 1 cost spell. Repeat until everyone someone runs out of super evolves or removal and then shake hands.
