There is nothing wrong with the video, is just the last boss of the demo.
The gameplay is incredible because it's made by the same people from Streets of Rage 4, the problem is that those guys only make the gameplay, the rest are dealt by other people, in SoR4 case it was Lizard Cube, they are really gud.
Now on this game is some generic dei ridden studio called Supamonks.
